“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“The first room we were given had a VERY HEAVY stale smoke smell. We were switched to another room on the 3rd floor, which was only accessible by a stairwell on the sides of the building as the Elevators have not been working. The side doors had no security locks. Anyone could enter at any time. The TV had no remote and was not hooked up to any type of satellite/cable.”

“The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages.”

“We had an amazing stay in this cozy apartment in downtown Warren. It was in the perfect area for everything we wanted to do! We appreciated the space heaters in every room since it was colder during our stay. The building was very cute and we loved the history in and around it. Even though it was on the third floor, the stairs were really not too bad at all! We had no problem taking our things up and back down. The host was super responsive and they were so kind! We loved every part of this……
